Private Life • Private Records • Verified Adults

Connecting without risks is the new social standard.

Every person has something to protect: a name, a family, a career, a business, a reputation, a future. SX Consent (Secure eXpectations) was created for verified adults who want to enjoy their private, social and romantic life with clearer expectations, mutual privacy and a structured record before things become unclear.

SX Consent also supports a One-Time Private Session Agreement with confidentiality, non-disclosure, non-disparagement, social media restrictions, device and recording restrictions, image, likeness and voice protection, post-session closure and contextual evidence metadata.

In SX Consent, a “Session” means a specific private invitation between verified adults for a planned time, place and context (such as a dinner invitation, a first date, a casual meet-up, a romantic plan, a private visit, a social dinner with friends or another mutually planned offline interaction between app users).

During any Session or event you attend, your participation remains voluntary and under your control at all times. Like any real-world event or in-person interaction, a Session may include normal changes in participation. For example, you may temporarily pause participation to step away or go somewhere else, resume participation after returning, voluntarily leave the event, withdraw from further participation, or end the Session. A Session may also conclude because you choose to end it or because the previously agreed-upon time has elapsed.

For this reason, SX Consent provides an active app dashboard with controls such as Pause, Resume, Withdraw, and End. These controls are not used to create, renew, preserve, or record consent. They are used only to record your own participation status and the date and time when you chose to pause, resume, withdraw, leave, or end participation in the Session. The information generated by the application may provide contextual records that you can share with your legal counsel if a misunderstanding or dispute arises.

If it isn’t safe for both, it doesn’t happen.

What SX Consent Is Not

Built for private documentation — not public discovery.

SX Consent is intentionally designed as a confidentiality, privacy, and contextual records platform for verified adults. It is not built around public profiles, public matching, public user search, social feeds, adult content, dating discovery, or encounter marketplaces. It is not a sexual consent app.

This distinction is important: SX Consent is designed to help document a session-specific private participation context. It is not designed to help users find partners, promote adult content, create permanent or future participation, provide legal immunity, or eliminate risk.

Not a dating app

SX Consent does not offer public dating profiles, public matching, swiping, browsing or partner discovery.

Not a hookup marketplace

SX Consent is not designed to help users find, solicit, advertise or arrange encounters through a public marketplace.

Not an adult content platform

SX Consent does not provide public adult content, explicit media feeds, creator pages or adult-content monetization features.

Not a social network

SX Consent does not rely on public feeds, public posting, public comments, social discovery or public sharing features.

Not legal immunity

SX Consent does not provide legal immunity, guaranteed legal outcomes, or legal advice.

Not future or permanent participation

Participation remains continuous, contextual and revocable while the session is active. SX Consent records do not create future participation or permanent participation. At SX Consent (Secure eXpectations Consent), the consent we refer to is the agreement—confirmed by your signature—to terms regarding confidentiality, non-disclosure, non-disparagement, social media restrictions, device and recording restrictions, and the protection of your image, likeness, and voice, associated with each invitation a participant accepts.

Not an emergency service

SX Consent is not a 911 service, emergency responder, crisis hotline, medical provider or public safety agency.

Not permanent tracking

Location features are intended for contextual session integrity and readiness, not permanent surveillance or ongoing tracking.

Not a tool for coercion

SX Consent must not be used to pressure, silence, threaten, mislead, retaliate against, or prevent any person from pausing, leaving, withdrawing from, or ending participation at any time. Each user remains free to pause, resume, withdraw from, leave, or terminate their own participation in a Session.

When a user uses the app dashboard controls, including Pause, Resume, Withdraw, or End, SX Consent may record the selected action, date, time, and related Session status in a document titled ‘Final Session Evidence Export’. These records are intended to document the user’s app-recorded participation status and Session timeline. They do not automatically determine what occurred in the real world, and they are not used to create, renew, preserve, guarantee, or prove ongoing real-world participation.

Dashboard controls are provided so a user may record participation date and time status changes, such as temporarily pausing to step away, resuming after returning, voluntarily withdrawing from participation before the Session ends, or ending participation in the Session. SX Consent does not control, determine, or change the real-world facts of a user’s in-person participation.

Pausing, withdrawing, leaving, or ending participation does not automatically cancel the separate privacy and confidentiality obligations previously accepted by the parties in the One-Time Private Session Agreement. Subject to applicable law, those obligations may continue to apply, including provisions related to confidentiality, non-disclosure, non-disparagement, social media restrictions, device and recording restrictions, and protection of image, likeness, and voice.

Nothing in SX Consent or in the One-Time Private Session Agreement is intended to prevent any person from seeking medical help, contacting emergency services, reporting unlawful conduct, speaking with legal counsel, cooperating with authorities, or exercising rights protected by law.

These limits protect the purpose of SX Consent: a private workflow for documentation, readiness, closure and contextual records — not a tool for public discovery, coercion, surveillance or guaranteed legal outcomes.

How SX Consent Works

A private workflow from verification to closure.

SX Consent follows a structured private workflow designed for verified adults. The process helps users document identity readiness, private requirements, session-specific expectations, signed agreements, active session status changes, post-session closure and contextual evidence records.

The platform is designed to create a clear private record of what was reviewed, accepted, signed, paused, withdrawn, ended and closed inside the app workflow.

01

Verify identity and account readiness

Users complete account setup, identity readiness, adult eligibility, phone and email verification, security settings and required app readiness steps before using private session features.

02

Configure private requirements

Each user defines private requirements, boundaries, privacy expectations, notification readiness, location preferences, safety settings and other session-related conditions.

03

Send or receive a private invitation

A session begins with a private invitation between app users. SX Consent application does not use public discovery, public browsing, swiping, feeds or public matching. The inviting user can only send an invitation to an invitee they already know, as they need that user’s email address or phone number to forward the invitation to the invitee’s application.

A Session may involve many types of private, social or personal situations, such as a dinner invitation, a first date, a casual meet-up, a romantic plan, a private visit, a social dinner with friends or another mutually planned offline interaction between app users.

04

Review compatibility and expectations

Participants review each other’s session requirements, privacy expectations, boundaries, safety steps, location context and timing before an agreement is generated.

05

Sign a one-time session agreement

When the session context is ready, SX Consent creates a One-Time Private Session Agreement between the participants. The agreement is designed to document confidentiality, non-disclosure, non-disparagement, social media restrictions, device and recording restrictions, image, likeness and voice protection, post-session closure, evidence metadata, liquidated damages language for eligible privacy breaches and private arbitration language for eligible civil privacy disputes, where permitted by law. By signing, you define your boundaries, protect your image, and ensure your social interactions remain in absolute confidentiality.

06

Start and manage the active session

During an active Session, participants have access to an app dashboard that allows them to record participation changes in real time, including pausing, resuming, withdrawing from participation, or ending the Session.

07

Complete post-session closure

After the session ends, SX Consent App asks each participant to complete a closure response, such as confirming no issue at the moment, preferring not to confirm, saving a private note or requesting help.

08

Preserve contextual evidence records

SX Consent may preserve structured, Session-specific records such as timestamps, signatures, hashes, Session status changes, notices, closure responses, agreement metadata, and related app workflow metadata. These records may be available for later review and may be shared with legal counsel if a misunderstanding or dispute arises.

The app does not record every real-world action or event that occurs during an in-person interaction. Instead, SX Consent records certain app-based actions and user-submitted Session events, including when a user signs the One-Time Private Session Agreement, receives or submits notices, records participation status changes through the dashboard, completes closure responses, or generates related workflow metadata.

These records may include information related to confidentiality, non-disclosure, non-disparagement, social media restrictions, device and recording restrictions, image, likeness, voice, Session status changes, closure responses, timestamps, signatures, hashes, agreement activity, and other related contextual records maintained within the Evidence Vault.”

SX Consent records are Session-specific and contextual. They do not create future participation, permanent participation, permanent consent, legal immunity, or guaranteed legal outcomes. While a Session is active, participation remains voluntary and under each user’s control. App dashboard controls are used only to record participation status changes, such as pausing, resuming, withdrawing from participation, or ending participation; they do not create, renew, preserve, record, or prove sexual consent.

Privacy & Safety by Design

Private records require private architecture.

SX Consent is designed around verified adults, private session records, controlled visibility, sensitive data safeguards and contextual evidence. The platform is built to document important session events with controlled visibility, sensitive data safeguards and evidence integrity.

Privacy, safety and evidence integrity are not add-ons. They are part of the foundation of the SX Consent workflow.

Verified adults only

SX Consent is designed for adult users who complete account, identity, eligibility and readiness steps before using private session features.

No public profiles

SX Consent does not use public dating profiles, public discovery, public browsing, public matching or social feeds.

Private evidence records

Records may include timestamps, signatures, hashes, status changes, notices, closure responses and evidence package metadata.

Contextual location integrity

Location features, when required, are intended to support session readiness and contextual integrity, not permanent tracking.

Critical notice readiness

The platform may use operational notices such as SMS, email, push or in-app alerts for account, privacy, safety and closure workflows.

Sensitive data safeguards

Private requirements, health-related declarations, identity readiness and safety settings must be handled with consent, limited visibility and appropriate controls.

Session-specific agreements

SX Consent supports One-Time Private Session Agreements focused on confidentiality, non-disclosure, non-disparagement, social media restrictions, device and recording restrictions, post-session closure and contextual evidence metadata.

Participation in a session remains revocable

Participation in a Session remains voluntary, contextual, and revocable while the Session is active. SX Consent records do not create permanent participation, future participation, or permanent consent. SX Consent does not create, renew, preserve, record, or prove sexual consent. SX Consent is not a sexual consent app.

Clear limitations

SX Consent does not provide legal advice, legal immunity, guaranteed outcomes, emergency response or absolute proof.

SX Consent is built to minimize public exposure. The platform is designed around private workflows, controlled access, contextual records and clear user actions. Sensitive information should not be displayed publicly, used for social discovery or exposed in unnecessary communications.

Reputation • Privacy • Closure

When private expectations are unclear, public consequences can follow.

Private interactions can become complicated when expectations, boundaries, privacy commitments or closure are not clearly documented. What was understood by one person may later be disputed, misunderstood, misremembered or taken out of context.

SX Consent is designed to help verified adults create a private, timestamped and structured record around a specific session — including what was reviewed, accepted, signed, paused, ended and closed.

A private record may matter when things become unclear.

SX Consent helps organize the private session record before, during and after the session. The platform supports privacy and agreement records, boundary review, session status changes, post-session closure and contextual evidence metadata.

The goal is not to create public exposure. The goal is to reduce ambiguity, support clearer expectations and preserve private records that may be reviewed with legal counsel if a misunderstanding or dispute arises.

SX Consent does not promise that disputes will never happen. It helps create structured, contextual records that may help explain what was discussed, accepted, signed, changed, paused, ended or closed inside the app workflow.

Designed to document key private-session expectations

Before the session

SX Consent helps users review requirements, boundaries, privacy expectations, location context, safety readiness and one-time agreement terms before the session begins.

During the session

The platform may record session state changes such as start, pause, resume, withdrawal, end, location readiness and other contextual workflow events.

After the session

SX Consent supports post-session closure responses and contextual evidence records that may help document what happened inside the app workflow.

Reputation • Privacy • Agreement Protections

Private agreement protections for people with reputations to protect.

In a culture where private misunderstandings can become public accusations, screenshots, posts, rumors or reputational harm, SX Consent helps verified adults create a private record before the situation becomes unclear.

The One-Time Private Session Agreement is designed to document privacy- and reputation-focused commitments between verified participants. It is not a promise of legal immunity, not proof of future participation, and not a guarantee that disputes or misunderstandings will never happen.

Its purpose is practical: to place important privacy expectations in writing before a private Session begins, including confidentiality, non-disclosure, non-disparagement, social media restrictions, device and recording restrictions, post-Session closure, contextual records, and related metadata.

A Session may involve different types of private, social, or personal situations, such as a dinner invitation, a first date, a casual meet-up, a romantic plan, a private visit, a social dinner with friends, or another mutually planned offline interaction between app users.

The word “Session” does not mean that SX Consent helps users find partners, browse public profiles, swipe, publicly search for people, or arrange encounters through a marketplace. A Session begins only when one verified user sends a private invitation to another verified user and both participants move through the app’s structured workflow.

Each Session is specific to that invitation. It does not create future participation, permanent participation, or permission for any future interaction. Participation remains voluntary, contextual, and under each user’s control while a Session is active. The app dashboard does not control, determine, or change the real-world facts of a user’s in-person participation. Instead, dashboard controls such as Pause, Resume, Withdraw, and End are provided to allow a user to record the date, time, and Session status associated with the user’s own participation changes, such as temporarily stepping away, returning to the event, voluntarily withdrawing before the event ends, or ending participation in the Session.

For people whose careers, families, businesses, public image, or professional reputation could be harmed by public exposure, the value is simple: clearer expectations, private documentation, and a structured record that may be reviewed with legal counsel if a misunderstanding or dispute arises.

Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure

Documents expectations that private identity, communications, session context, app records and private information should not be disclosed without permission, except where legally protected or required.

Non-Disparagement

Helps document commitments against false, malicious, humiliating, harassing or reputationally harmful statements connected to the private session or app workflow.

Social Media Restrictions

Addresses posting, tagging, hinting, identifying, livestreaming, screenshotting or exposing another participant on social platforms without consent.

Device and Recording Restrictions

Documents expectations against unauthorized photos, videos, audio recordings, screenshots, screen recordings, smart glasses, hidden cameras, microphones, wearable devices or AI transcription tools.

Image, Likeness, Voice and Private Content Protection

Helps protect a participant’s image, likeness, voice, name, identity, private communications and private content from unauthorized use, publication, monetization, editing, deepfakes or AI training.

Liquidated Damages Language

Supports pre-agreed damages language for eligible privacy, confidentiality, publication, recording or social media breaches, where permitted by law and not as a penalty.

Private Arbitration Language

Supports private dispute resolution language for eligible civil privacy disputes, subject to legal exceptions, reporting rights and non-waivable rights.

Post-Session Closure

Helps participants complete structured closure responses, including confirming no issue at the moment, preferring not to confirm, saving a private note or requesting help.

Evidence Package Metadata

Preserves contextual metadata such as timestamps, signatures, hashes, agreement version, session status changes, notices, closure records and evidence package details.

No Paid-Interaction Language

Clarifies that the agreement is based on mutual privacy commitments, not payment, gifts, services, favors, compensation or anything of value connected to private interaction.

Private Records. Clearer Expectations. Responsible Documentation.

Your private life deserves a private record.

SX Consent is built for verified adults who want a private, structured, and responsible way to document social participation with other people.

The platform helps participants review and record boundaries, privacy expectations, confidentiality commitments, safety steps, session status changes, post-session closure, and contextual evidence records tied to a specific private invitation.

Before a session, SX Consent helps create clearer expectations. During a session, it helps preserve private workflow records. After a session, it supports structured closure and evidence organization.

SX Consent is built for people who understand a simple truth: a private moment should not put your life, family, career, business, reputation, image, or voice at unnecessary risk.

Every user must complete strict identity verification before interacting, helping reduce anonymity, support privacy, protect image and voice, and promote a more accountable private-session experience.

SX Consent does not operate through public dating profiles, public matching, public user search, social feeds, or adult-content marketplace features. The platform is focused on private, session-specific documentation between verified adults, including confidentiality context, privacy expectations, boundaries, participation status changes, post-session closure responses, and contextual records.
